Choose two files
Select the original and revised structured equipment lists (CSV or XLSX). The planned tool would process the files without altering the originals.
Compare original and revised equipment spreadsheets by Asset ID. Quickly review additions, removals and changed details before updating your estimate — without Excel formulas.
Early product concept. No live file comparison is provided on this page.
| Change | Asset ID | Detail |

| Changed | A-001 | €140 → €160 |

Illustrative output from synthetic files · Not a working application
The proposed workflow focuses on one job: help you identify what changed before you revisit your estimate.
Select the original and revised structured equipment lists (CSV or XLSX). The planned tool would process the files without altering the originals.
Choose a stable identifier such as Asset ID or Serial Number. Reordered rows would not count as changes.
See which assets were added, removed or changed, and which ambiguous identifiers need manual attention.
Two equipment lists may have a different row order. We want to compare the assets — not their position in Excel.

We're evaluating a simple one-time purchase rather than another monthly subscription. The planned price is a hypothesis, not a current offer.
The survey opens in Google Forms. No purchase is available. This page does not collect responses or upload files.

No. This is a concept preview with illustrative sample files and a sample report. There is no upload or processing feature yet.
The proposed workflow is read-only. Any final application must preserve both source files and make every ambiguity visible.
We plan to flag duplicate and blank identifiers rather than silently guessing which records belong together.
CSV and basic XLSX files are planned. Complex formulas, multi-table layouts, macros and scanned files would be outside the initial scope.
